Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Peva, the property management workspace at peva.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
The service
Peva lets real estate agencies and independent agents manage property listings, publish a public agency page, generate client-ready datasheets, and collaborate as a team. In these terms, "agency" means any workspace on Peva, whether it belongs to a real estate company or an independent agent. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves. Peva is a software tool: we are not a real estate broker or agent, and we are not a party to any transaction between an agency and its clients.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peva. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials safe — you are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. If you use Peva on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that company.
Agencies and members
The person who creates an agency is its owner and controls the workspace, including membership, roles, billing, and agency settings. Owners and admins are responsible for the access they grant and must remove access when it is no longer authorized. Shared workspace records, such as property listings and agency materials, are available to members according to their roles and remain with the agency if a member leaves; each member's personal Peva account remains separate.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans use monthly or yearly subscription terms and are billed through Stripe. Charges are generally collected at the start of each term; plan or seat changes may result in prorated charges or credits shown by Stripe. Prices displayed in Peva exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe shows the amount Peva will charge before you confirm payment. You are responsible for taxes and government charges that apply and are not collected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The agency owner can cancel through Peva's billing settings; the Stripe-hosted flow shows the effective cancellation date. Unless applicable law or a specific offer says otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable and cancellation does not create a refund or credit; access continues until the effective cancellation date. We may suspend access to paid-plan features for overdue amounts. We will give reasonable advance notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add to Peva — properties, photos, branding, private notes, and other content. To provide the features you choose, you grant Peva a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, adapt for display, and publish that content only as needed to operate the service — for example, to generate datasheets and show listings you make available on public agency and property pages. This license does not give Peva ownership of your content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content and for having the rights needed to use and publish it, especially property photos and third-party personal information. We may restrict or remove content that infringes these terms, another person's rights, or the law. If you believe content on Peva infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
Personal information in your workspace
Our Privacy Policy explains how Peva handles personal information. If you add personal information about clients, owners, occupants, prospects, or anyone else, you confirm that you have a lawful reason to use it, have provided any required notices, have offered any required choices, and will give access only to authorized members. Do not place personal information or private notes in fields that Peva publishes unless you have the right to make them public.
Peva's service and intellectual property
Peva and its software, designs, documentation, branding, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active or your subscription remains in effect; they do not transfer ownership of Peva. If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve and operate the service without restriction or payment.
Acceptable use
Use Peva only for lawful business purposes. Do not publish misleading or fraudulent listings; engage in unlawful discrimination; upload malware or content that infringes another person's rights; collect, publish, or use personal information unlawfully; impersonate others; send spam; scrape or copy the service through automated means; reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; bypass account, permission, plan, or usage limits; probe its security; or disrupt the service or other users.
Third-party services
Some Peva features depend on or link to third-party services such as Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, and email or mapping providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent third-party services and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.
Termination
You can stop using Peva at any time and ask support to delete your account. Leaving an agency does not delete its shared workspace records, such as property listings and agency materials. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risks, disrupt the service, or fail to pay required fees. When an account or agency is terminated, its content may become inaccessible and may later be deleted. If you need a copy, contact support before deletion to discuss available export options; we cannot guarantee recovery after deletion is completed.
Disclaimers
Peva is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the content agencies publish — the accuracy of each listing is its agency's responsibility. Any dispute between an agency and its clients — over a listing, a transaction, or anything else — is solely between them; Peva is not responsible for those disputes and has no obligation to mediate or resolve them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against Peva because of your content or your breach of these terms — for example, a listing that infringes someone else's rights — you agree to cover the damages and reasonable legal costs that claim causes us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Peva after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
General
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Peva about the service. The sections that by their nature should outlast an account, including the sections titled “Your content”, “Peva's service and intellectual property”, “Disclaimers”, “Limitation of liability”, and “Indemnity”, survive termination. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
